Now you can quickly and easily pay your invoices by having amounts due automatically debited from your checking or savings account each month or pay via credit cards. Just like many other online bill-paying services, this eliminates the costs and hassles of writing checks, mailing checks, and finding a stamp! Plus, you will no longer have to worry about late payments and you will continue to receive a monthly invoice for your records. It's One Less Thing To Worry AboutOnce you register and are approved for this service, your rent or common charge payments can be automatically debited from the checking or savings account that you designate by electronic funds transfer, known as ACH (Automatic Clearing House) or applied against your credit card. It's Your ChoiceYou can choose to pay your monthly fees online each month by authorizing a one-time payment, or by authorizing recurring monthly payments. The use of this new service is completely voluntary.
