Introducing Online Payment from Brownstone Managment

In order to serve you better, Brownstone Management is proud to introduce a new method for paying your fees ONLINE effective July 1st 2009. As your Property Manager, we feel it is important to provide you with easy payment options including e-checks and credit cards (VISA, MasterCard and Discover).

Now you can quickly and easily pay your invoices by having amounts due automatically debited from your checking or savings account each month or pay via credit cards. Just like many other online bill-paying services, this eliminates the costs and hassles of writing checks, mailing checks, and finding a stamp! Plus, you will no longer have to worry about late payments and you will continue to receive a monthly invoice for your records.

It's One Less Thing To Worry About

Once you register and are approved for this service, your rent or common charge payments can be automatically debited from the checking or savings account that you designate by electronic funds transfer, known as ACH (Automatic Clearing House) or applied against your credit card.

It's Your Choice

You can choose to pay your monthly fees online each month by authorizing a one-time payment, or by authorizing recurring monthly payments. The use of this new service is completely voluntary.

Our Payment Processing Partner, EBS (Educational Business Systems) has a major presence in the metro area providing Online Payment Solutions to 150 Universities and Colleges including SUNY/CUNY system, Columbia, Cornell, Colgate, NYU-Law School and others. With their proven track record in processing $500 million annually through their firewall-protected Data Security Systems, we were comfortable partnering with EBS and extending their service offerings to you, our valued clients.

How It Works

In order to take advantage of this service, you will need a Building/Unit Code. This code will be included in your invoice, or just email Dariluz Ramirez ( ) in our Acounting Department. In addition, you will be responsible for a processing fee added to each transaction. The e-check processing fee is $1.75 (first payment is $2.75). Credit card transaction fees are 3% of the amount paid.
